Media Wrap Up:
On the PC side, there were two Best of 5 semi final matches. The first featured EU stalwart Paradigm facing North American upstart Enemy. The NA team came into tournament as clear underdogs, but have thus far surprised their opponents. Back in July, the team was relegated from the Smite Pro League with a 1-13 record, and now they will compete for Smite’s greatest prize: a World Championship and the $500,000 USD first place payout.
Enemy won the match 3-1. After the match, both teams took time for a press conference with members of the media.
