This weekend, 84 North American teams will have a chance to earn Challenge points to qualify for the Call of Duty World Championships later this year. UMG is holding its second $25,000 online tournament for both amateur and pro teams.
First place will receive $10,000 and 500 points, and the top 8 standings are all money placements. OpTic Gaming won the first tournament earlier this month. This competition is part of the Call of Duty Challenger Division, and similar tournaments with smaller prize pools are also being held in the EU and ANZ regions.
